For those who are available to pick up orders:
1. Email jennifer.hauk@yahoo.com and an informational packet including an order form will be emailed or mailed to you.
2. Return the order form(s) and funds to Jen Hauk by 11/30
· Checks should be payable to Starwick Candles
3. Orders will be filled by 12-17-11
· Note: Orders turned in early will be filled first and could be picked up earlier. Contact Jen Hauk to make arrangements
4. Pick up will be scheduled for Saturday, 12-17 from 11-1 at Shelter Church 1541 John Glenn Rd, Dayton, OH 45410
